Prince George Spruce Kings- The Spruce Kings joined the B.C Hockey League in 1996-97. This league offers young players a chance to enhance their skills while also providing a great deal of exposure to U.S College Scouts. The BCHL has an impressive record at the National level and is viewed as one of the premier Junior "A" leagues by U.S College Recruiters. The other clubs in the league include Quesnel, Vernon, Penticton, Trail, Merritt, Langley, Chilliwack, Surrey, Burnaby, Victoria, Nanaimo, Cowichan, and Powell River.
